Conference Room Norms
You've probably noticed how busy Connects has been recently... Help us help you!
Please keep this in mind as you use the conference rooms:
Please "check-in" for your reservations on the iPads outside of the rooms by clicking the "Check-in" button. This helps staff and other members know the room is in use.
Extend your reservation if your meeting is going over your booking time (keep in mind there may be a booking already scheduled right after yours).
Please keep in mind that we have a 24-hour cancellation & no-show policy. For members using free time, if you cancel within 24 hours, there will be a $20 cancellation fee. You can cancel your booking by logging into Proximity > My Reservations.
If the room is not to your expectations, please let us know!
