Michelle will be offering 15 minute assisted stretches that can include trigger point work and massage gun use to help release tension in the tissue, while Dr. Daniel will focus on injury/pain screenings, assisted stretching, as well as kinesiology & sports taping.

Where are you from? Most of my life I've been on the west side of Denver but I have lived all over the US and spent a lot of time working in India (Pune and Mysore) and Costa Rica.
Strangest thing you've eaten? My wife is from Uzbekistan and makes a dish called Holodetz. It is....different.
What superpower would you like to have? I would like to have the gift of flight - I hope to see the entire world, and this superpower would allow me to see it from various perspectives for as long as possible before checking out the next location.
Favorite musician? Billy Strings
Favorite trail to hike? I live near the trailhead for North Table Mountain so you will see me up there a few days a week with my standard poodle, Sully.
Top 3 hobbies? Guitar (classic, fingerstyle), Dota, Vegetable Gardening
