We are happy to announce our participation and support of Golden Senior Santa to provide holiday gifts to senior citizens who have financial or health challenges and often do not have family nearby. This brightens the holidays of a group in our community who are sometimes overlooked during this time of year.
Participating seniors provide their “wish list” items which are available on tags in our store or on an Amazon Wish list at bit.ly/seniorsantagolden. You can pick a gift requested by a senior and it will be delivered to Santa’s Workshop for wrapping and delivery. All reindeer have had the most current Covid and flu shots.
One specific need this year given increased prices is for grocery gift cards to Safeway and King Soopers. You can drop off grocery gift cards here as well.
Gifts should be ordered in time for delivery or returned to our location (unwrapped) no later than Tuesday December 12th.
This is an especially challenging year for some of the seniors in our community, and your thoughtfulness can make a huge difference in their holiday.
