I design restaurant infrastructure along with a team of architects. We automate the collection and storage of raw-ingredients in our kitchen, writing recipes that ensure our chefs have everything they need to efficiently prepare dishes for our many guests.
What is your favorite dessert?
Ube Oreo Boba Smoothie with Cheese Foam (Flipn Boba on Federal!)

TOOL ~ Specifically Danny Carey on the drums
Dream vacation spot?
Heli'ing into The Cirque of the Unclimables in the NW Territories of Canada to climb the Lotus Flower Tower. Planning for 2026 Expedition.
Favorite trail to hike?
If we count climbing routes as trails, I will go with The Salathe Wall on El Capitan in Yosemite. I have taken 5 separate routes up El Capitan (background of my picture) and they have all been absolutely phenomenal.
Favorite beverage?
2020 Amalgamation of Capital bamboo-infused Puer Tea from white2tea.com. It's my rocket fuel.
