You’re invited to experience a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) practicum series facilitated by Lewis Bates, in association with UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center! The goal of the program is to help you learn foundational mindfulness practices that can be used to explore their many evidence-based benefits in your own life, some of which are:
Enhanced well-being, resilience and stress management
Improved mental clarity, focus and effectiveness
Improved emotion regulation and sense of emotional balance
Greater self-awareness, which also enhances relationship skills (personal and professional)
Thursdays from 2-3pm on June 2nd, 9th, 16th, & 23rd

Favorite book?: Most recently, Crying In H Mart or The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo.
What are you going to do when you retire?: Not sure yet! Do more camping, or find a way to spend more time at the beach!
How do you recharge?: I spend time with friends or go outside, or both! I also really enjoy a good meal, home-cooked or at a fun restaurant.
