What is your business?

I am the owner of Small Business CRM Coach. We help organizations save time, increase revenue and improve their processes with the use of Salesforce, the leader CRM system in the market. We work with our clients through our process to Design, Develop and Deliver the system that is described in more detail in this link. Most of our clients already have Salesforce, but they are not getting the results they expected. Usually they skipped the implementation process or they didn't have a chance to update the system to support their organization’s growth. A good sign that they need help is when they have Salesforce, but they are still using spreadsheets to track information about their clients or about revenue. Our ideal clients are service based organizations in the B2B space with 10 to 50 users in the Salesforce.

When and why did you start your own business?

I started my business in 2014, after I completed the MBA program at the University of Denver (DU). Towards the end of the MBA program I did a lot of research to find out what type of support was available to help small businesses to implement cloud based CRM systems. I learned that there was a lot of support for Quickbooks or Social Media, but barely any resources on CRM systems. I feel like helping organizations with CRM systems is a good fit for me, because I deeply care about customer service.

What is the secret to your success?

The secret to my success is that I care and I show up. I listen to what my clients have to say and I also listen to what they are not saying. Quite often people are intimidated to talk about systems or they feel like their systems are a mess. Through our work together I make sure they know I am not there to judge the state of their system, I am there to help them get back on track. I help them to align their Salesforce system with how they operate their business, which allows them to get more things done with less effort, in less time.
