Meet Sara!
Tell us what you do without directly telling us what you do: We can masterfully employ all the greatest tips tool and techniques in business and still not have a healthy, sustainable organization. When an organization designs in a way that builds and maximizes the health of people, it naturally unleashes potential and creates a more resilient, abundant organization at every level. My work centers around helping leaders to design their
organizations in a regenerative way and helping people learn to unleash their own potential at work. I am currently focused on product strategy and development and also do a bit of consulting and facilitation.
Who is your favorite musician/band?: Too tough to choose, but I love how there’s a Beatles lyric that fits nearly any situation. For example, “Help, I need somebody” or “Try to see it my way. Only time will tell if I am right or I am wrong.”
Favorite book?: The Anatomy of Peace by the Arbinger Institute
First job?: Selling environmental, sustainable products on commission-only before the mainstream realized that was important. Not very lucrative at the time but I learned a lot.
