I have my own consulting company, (Westwater Collective), but most of my current work is through a collaborative of consultants based in Lake Tahoe (EQ Collaborative)

I'm a problem solver. Mostly for government and nonprofits.
What’s the strangest talent you have?
I used to get paid (very little) to race a mountain bike
What kind of pets do you have?
We said goodbye to our two beloved old dogs last year, so I'm always looking for some puppy / dog love :)
Where are you from?
I was born in Colorado, but grew up all over the world. My husband grew up in South Africa and the US.
Dream vacation spot?
The Utah desert. Haven't missed a spring / fall in the desert in almost 15 years
Favorite animal and why?
Western collared lizard - they are so bad a**
